FTF: Chocolate Cupcake
One afternoon, hubby requested for cheesecake while my little Alyssa requested for chocolate cupcake. I only baked 4 pieces since it’s supposed to be – ONLY for Alyssa. But once done, we ended up sharing the 4 pieces with her.

bake ka na ulit ate ces… medyo ako nga di na masyado nagluluto ngayon… hinahanao ko ulit ang aking passion i cooking and baking… dati lagi ako excited sa kusina, ngayon tinatamad ako… haha!!!

You might want to check and try my recipe sis… http://www.comedinein.info/2010/01/chocolate-cupcake-with-special-topperspicks-2.html moist sya and soft… parang sponge. Nung nag bake ako ng 4 lang, dinivide ko lang ang recipe and naging ok naman. same texture lang din… let me know pag natry mo ha, basta make sure that you cream the butter and sugar. Dun ka mag start para soft ang iyong cupcake and don’t overbeat… just leave a comment here if you have more spceific questions and I’ll answer to the best of my knowledge… naks! hehe…

hindi pa rin ako nakasubok ng ready mix marz… madali lang naman sya… mas madali pa nga kesa sa pagluluto kase titimbangin mo lang lahat ng ingredients, halo, oven… tapos! hehe… wala ng tikim tikim… lika, gagawa ulit ako…
