Strawberry Shortcake Cake and Cupcakes!!!
It was my Mareng Irish’s birthday last October 14 and since I’m far from where she is, I thought of ordering her a cake from our very talented friend who’s been my idol since I met her (2007). She has this magic hand that can do anything it pleases. I adore how she creates digiscrap layouts, design her multiply page and blog site, take really great photographs of her daughter and just about anything, and now, she’s into baking. And because as I said, she’s my idol, I somehow tried to do what she does, but of course, I cannot do anything better. 
She’s none-other-than, my good friend, Mareng Vanj.
Now here's the cake I ordered (which I haven't paid yet until now) 
and she made Mareng Irish complementary cupcakes. *sweet!*

You’re right- the cakes look great! Really impressive designs and I imagine that they taste fantastic too. Good luck to your friend- she is obviously very talented so I hope she makes a success of this. It’s refreshing to see such original decoration in a market that is so saturated with mass produced goods. We should definitely encourage skills such as these to ensure that not all of our food is produced in a factory!

The cakes look very delicious. I wish someone will give me a birthday cake like that. I would really feel happy if I will received that kind of birthday gift.
