Sushi when pregnant
Eating a nutritionally balanced meal at all times will help us maintain a healthy weight and a positive outlook but it is more essential when we are pregnant. However there are some foods that we must avoid when we’re pregnant and one fo them is RAW FISH like sushi. Anything raw during pregnancy is not safe because of salmonella, listeria monocytogenes and toxoplasmosis bacteria. Avoid fishes that has high mercury content too tuna, shark, mackerel, swordfish and tilefish. If you must eat seafoods during pregnancy try salmon and shrimp.
