Zumba Fitness Every Tuesday

I mentioned I just had my first badminton experience last Friday, but that’s not all. Just this evening, I also had my first ever Zumba experience. I didn’t know what Zumba really is until I watched in youtube a few hours before we headed to the class.

The verdict???

Wow! It was fantastic! My two girl friends and I tried the class together and right there and then, as soon as we entered the door we have to move our buts off and dance along with all the others. I couldn’t believe how on earth I was able to follow the steps. I haven’t danced for ages.

I didn’t know most of the music, but you just learn to dance to it especially with the full volume of the speakers. Different music and steps every 5 minutes and in between I couldn’t afford not to drink. I am not a water drinker, but I think I drank a litre in that 1 hour.

Feeling healthy is good, but being healthy is so much better.
