Cheeky MunchCakes “Where taste and beauty go hand-in-hand.”

Ok… So right after the “The Launch” post, here comes the “The RE-Launch” post. The gap is quite huge though, almost a year actually if you will notice. I was already pregnant when I started caking, but I never imagined that I will lose my interest in it due to “morning sickness”. It’s my 2nd love next to blogging. Unfortunately, my love for blogging hasn’t came back yet, who knows – it might come back after this post. We also moved from Lewisham to Croydon so it’s really quite a bit of an adjustment.
But then, now that I have my caking shoes back, I’m praying and hoping that this will be the real start of my caking career.
*Drum roll please…*
CROYDON, please welcome… CHEEKY MUNCHCAKES!

I need a dvd duplication on some of Alyssa’s cartoons and I’m trying to figure out how to do them. My kumareng Irish asked me if I can give her some peppa pig dvd’s. Which reminds me of the peppa pig cupcakes I made before. So far I’ve done quite a few cakes and hopefully I’ll get orders soon. Alyssa had been a great help to me, we were leaving out some flyers by our neighbor’s mail boxes. Here are the few cakes and cupcakes I’ve made over the past year. These were mostly gifts. Check them out!

My daughter rarely enjoys shopping for her own clothes, but last week I was surprised at how she insisted to buy the dress she calls “another princess dress” with candies, lollies, and other sweets imprints on it. It will be her birthday dress as well. Actually, since we moved here in London, she rarely have those special occasion dresses. She just wears whatever there is in her closet. Whereas when we’re still in the Philippines, in every special occasion like Christmas and birthdays, she has to have a new dress. But I think it’s better now since she’s learning that she can always use whatever’s already available.
I remembered I showed her the cake I was planning to make for her birthday. I told her, since she’s had character themed parties on all her 5 birthdays, just for a change this year will be different. She’ll be having a “sweets” themed party and this will be the cake I’m going to do for her. And she said, “Oh! Yes mum! It’ll be perfect!”

The original cake is by Rouvelee's Creations
I’m just hoping that come July, I give justice to the original cake which is just so stunningly pretty.
