Hubby and Alyssa are not fond of any salad while I, so so so love them all!!! So, I made one for myself, put the rest in the fridge and munched on them for a couple of days. I don’t have proper lunch when alone at home and for me, this is so proper already as I eat only junks most of the time.

Oh, and I have an unforgettable and funny story to share while eating this particular serving. Hubby calls during lunch time everyday to check on me. So when he called, he blurted on me saying, “Mum! Guess what? I’m here at the shop and bought an htc desire android! And upon hearing that, I lost control of the plate and it landed on my laptop. D*mn! He bought? Weew! Indeed, what an impulse buyer hubby I have… He really wants to try it, but I was not expecting that he’s gonna decide that quick. But then, I guess it’s not for him as he was informed that there are no more stocks.
And yeah! I was left dealing with my laptop.
I just want to share with you this picture of my sweet, studious and lovely daughter. This was taken the other day at lunch time. She was doing her Kumon worksheets and up to this age, yes I still feed her. Can you guess what’s for lunch?

It’s noodles and dilis or small dried fish. It’s a very good combination – one of our family’s favorites. I am just so happy that Alyssa is happy being a Filipino even when’s been living here in London since she was 2 years old and that she loves everything about the Philippines – the food, the language, the people and most especially, SM!
Hubby and I see to it that she never forgets Tagalog and that she eats like a real Pinoy!
I still have to check out the business intelligence software so, until next time!
My daughter is indeed a pure-blooded Filipino. She doesn’t count any 12noon meal without rice a lunch. She is also not so into English food and her teacher confirmed that to me. I was told that she rarely touches her meals. We already considered her taking packed lunch instead, buy hubby is quite against it. He said she should learn to eat what’s given to her and maybe in time she’ll get used to the English meals – it’s better if she’s eating both Filipino and English foods. So I agreed.

adobo and scrambled eggs with green bell pepper
But my dearest kumare suggested to give her rice as snacks every after school (3:30PM) to compensate for the supposedly lunch meals. This is just one of the few I have taken photos of. I said I will be documenting it, but you know… something came up and uhmm… uhmm… alright, no more alibis.
I will try to look for the other pics in my folders as soon as I finish reading about this article about testosterone booster.
