The Napolina Chopped Tomatoes were on sale in our local grocery so I bought a pack of 4 and used one for this pasta dinner. I rarely cook red pasta sauce because Alyssa is not so into it as she like white better.

I just cooked the pasta, as usual. Then sauted the minced onion, garlic, shrimp and basil. Once shrimp turns red, I added the tomato sauce and let boil. Seasoned with salt and pepper. Voila! A yummy shrimp fettuccine for dinner!
