Sushi YUM OH!

It’s one of my all time favorite….but unfortunately Sophia is not liking sushi. I noticed that everytime I eat sushi, she’d get fussy and clingy and just couldn’t sleep well during the day. She is normally a good sleeper and when I eat sushi she all of a sudden becomes uneasy. My poor baby must have some allergic reaction to it. I still fully breastfeed her so anything I eat, she takes it in as well. Guess sushi will take a back seat from now on…till Sophia learns how to feed from a bottle and a formula as well. Now on to my thorough reading about laboratory balance. Going through the differences between precision, mechanical, moisture and specific.
