As I have said awhile ago, I am thinking of better ways to improve my business at the same time, make shopping comfortable for my clients so a receipt printer is one thing I want to have. 2 years ago, when I started, I designed the invoice and even printed them to send to my customers, but then I found it difficult because I’m not personally the one printing them, but my bro-in-law so I just send them as email instead. The problem is I send PDF files and not everyone gets to open it.
But if I’m the customer, I would really be impressed if the seller will be sending me the receipt together with my orders. It’s more professional that way and I’m looking forward to it. Hopefully when the business picks up.
I was thinking of printing return address labels for my Cheeky Munchkins Online Boutique because just yesterday, I changed my exchange policy. I understand that my clients are shopping online and that their only basis for the products they are buying are pictures so I guess it would be fair enough if I will accept exchange of items most especially if it’s about size issues. I also believe that my conditions are fair – that the items must be UNUSED, UNWASHED and in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH TAGS ON (meaning, still in their SALEABLE CONDITION) within 2 business days upon receipt.
Everyday, I think of ways on how my shop would be a comfortable shopping haven for mums and dads and though it’s true that we can’t please everybody, at least I am able to make somebody happy.
